Change in LIST management

Esch-Belval - The Board of the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) announced today the departure of the Chief Executive Officer, Prof. Dr. Gabriel Crean. This departure follows a conversation between Mr Crean,  the President of the LIST Board, Georges Bourscheid, and the Vice President of the LIST Board, Mr. Hubert Jacobs van Merlen.

Prof. Dr. Gabriel Crean joined LIST in May 2015. The board thanks Gabriel Crean for his commitment and dedication to promoting Luxembourg as a major player in research and innovation in Europe.

To ensure LIST's current business continuity, and pending the implementation of a new governance, Mr. Fernand Reinig, until now Chief Human Resources Officer, has been appointed to take over the CEO duties on an interim basis.
