Together with the 'Institut Grand-Ducal - Section des Sciences', the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology is co-organising a conference series on "Water resources in a changing world". In the framework of this series, five world-leading scientists will give conferences on their past and ongoing research - all focusing on how global change might impact our water resources. All conferences will take place at the 'Musée National d'Histoire Naturelle' in Luxembourg-Grund - starting at 6:30pm.
The 5th conference entitled «Water-The critical element to achieve the Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development goals (SDGs)» will be given by Stefan Uhlenbrook (Coordinator of the UNESCO World Water Assessment Programme (WWAP) and the Director of the UNESCO Programme Office on Global Water Assessment), on April 3rd, 2019.
Open to everyone (free access and free seating).
