LIST at ALD for Industry – digital

The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is proudly sponsoring the ALD For Industry digital Workshop, taking place on 02 December - 03 December 2020. 

The Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition for Industry provides the opportunity to learn more about fundamentals of ALD technology and to get informed about recent progress in the field. It gives also an excellent visibility to our organization in order to identify, develop and close new partnerships related to ALD, with partners from the private and public sector, establishing a strong external network, at the international level.

The Event will focus on the current markets for ALD and addresses the applications in Medical, Semiconductor industry, MEMS & Sensors, Battery Technology, Display, Lightning, Barriers and Photovoltaics.
