In the context of the Cybersecurity week 2018, the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) will participate in the Internet Of Things (IoT) Security and Privacy Day on October 19th, 2018 at the Novotel Kirchberg hotel, Luxembourg.
Thierry Grandjean will be LIST's representative and will present to the audience what LIST is doing in IoT.
In order to provide a better understanding of the IOT developments as well as the major challenges of these technologies, Excellium is proposing a day dedicated to this topic. The event will address technical issues from an academic point of view but also through various industrial perspectives, such as securing applications, security and mobility, GDPR, Industry 4.0, Smart Cities, Autonomous Vehicle, etc.
At the same time, an Hackaton will be organized for teams of 3 to 5 participants of students and professionals. At the end of the day, participants will be able to attend the Hackathon Awards Ceremony.
