SEMINAR - CLIMATE PROTECTION: CURRENT RIGHTS AND OUTLOOK

 

The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is partner of the cultural, educational and scientific event Climate Emergency "PLANETE NANUK", organized by the French Embassy in Luxembourg, the City of Luxembourg, the French Institute of Luxembourg and the Victor Hugo Association.

This seminar, organized by the Luxembourg Association for the Right to the Environment (ALDE) in partnership with the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, proposes to draw up an inventory of the current rights and perspectives on climate protection and justice particularly in the debates on a special Belgian climate bill, the judicial decision in favor of the NGO Urgenda against the Dutch State, or the commitment of municipalities to protect the climate through the "Climate Pact" in Luxembourg.
