Context

 

In order to contribute to LIST’s growth, we are looking for a dedicated Experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and attracting our future talents.

 

Description

 

Recruitment activities

  • Identifying and analyzing LIST hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications together with the HRBP’s, aligned to the annual recruitment plan
  • Collaborating with the managers/heads of service to compile a consistent list of requirements
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill in open positions
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Completing paperwork for new hires
  • Promoting the LIST reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
  • Providing recruitment reports to managers and to Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Extend offers to candidates and coordinate with the HRBP’s in charge and the HR Administration team to ensure a good onboarding to the new hires

 


Profile

 

The Experienced Recruitment Officer will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (in HR would be a plus)
  • Have minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment activity with a good knowledge of interview techniques
  • Have excellent organisation skills
  • Be rigorous and meticulous
  • Be client oriented with a good ability to solve problems
  • Be agile and flexible
  • Be focus on results and at ease with recruitment KPI’s definition
  • Have high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be fluent both in French and in English, any other language is an asset
  • Be proficient in MS Office
