The Junior researcher, as a post-doc position will participate to the activities of an international project between France and Luxembourg, called PLACOATAM where 4 partners (industrial and academic) are involved. This project will aim at the development of an atmospheric pressure plasma printing device able to improve the adhesion/wettability of surface and to deposit inorganic and metallic layer on composite polymer devices produced by 3D additive manufacturing. For that, PLACOATAM will design, process and test an innovative atmospheric pressure plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition solution based on a plasma jet design. To demonstrate the potential of the project, the implementation of the plasma deposition device on a 3D printer equipment is planned and the manufacturing of porous polymer products with dielectric and metallic coatings for electric or electronic components will be carried out.
