Webinar “Basics of the REACH and CLP regulations”

Since more than 15 years now, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of CHemicals - Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) and CLP (Classification, Labeling and Packaging of substances and mixtures - Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008) regulations are in force and impose certain obligations to companies which are in contact with chemicals (substances, mixtures and / or articles). However, even if the major deadlines for each of these regulations have now passed, this does not mean that companies have no longer obligations towards these regulations.

Thus, although these regulations have become staple for most of the concerned companies, the REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg offers an information session resuming the fundamentals of REACH and CLP. For this, the Helpdesk will present a summary of these two legislative texts, highlighting their key points and their challenges. The latest updates and new future obligations for companies will also be presented.

The participants will also have the opportunity to ask their questions to the Helpdesk experts.

Public

This event is addressed for any company concerned by the legislation relating to chemical products and having only a brief overview of it. It is also addressed to all companies wishing to update their general knowledge of REACH and CLP.
