Learn about the granting and monitoring of SME operating permits

Published on 17/04/2015

According to the Law of June 10, 1999 for classified establishments, also called "commodo/incommodo", SMEs must prepare apply for an operating permit according to the legislation and to follow its requirements. For many SMEs, this is a complex exercise.

If this regulation concerns your business, take part in the information session on the granting and the monitoring of operating permits for industrial and craft SMEs on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 2 p.m. at the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts (Chambre des Métiers - CDM) located at 2, Circuit de la Foire Internationale in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

Entitled "Commodo-Incommodo": Octroi et suivi des autorisations d'exploitation pour les PME industrielles et artisanales", the session will include presentations by the Environment Agency and specialist consultants in the field. In addition, an industrial SME will share its experiences.

The information session is organised by the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure in collaboration with the Luxembourg Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts and Chamber of Commerce (Luxembourg School of Commerce and Enterprise Europe Network). It is part of the "Betriber & Emwelt" event series organised by the Environment Agency and LIST to provide companies and public organisations with a series of information sessions and training on topics related to the environment.
