Strong LIST presence at E-MRS 2015 Spring Meeting

From May 11-15, 2015, researchers from the Materials Research & Technology (MRT) department at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) will take part in the 2015 E-MRS Spring Meeting in Lille, France. Organised each year by the European Materials Research Society (E-MRS), the conference is widely recognised as having great international significance. With an average of 33 topical symposia each year, it is the largest of its kind in Europe.

Researchers from the Nanomaterials/Nanotechnologies Research, Development and Innovation Unit, part of the MRT department, will give 11 lectures on scientific and technological topics. This large presence is strong recognition from the European materials community of the cutting-edge results produced by LIST.

The main topics of this year’s conference are “Materials for Energy and Environment”, “Materials for Optics and Optoelectronics”, “Multifunctional Oxides, Organic and Bio-Materials”, “Materials for Advanced Electronics”, and “Advanced Materials Synthesis, Processing and Characterization”, and a number of workshops and summer schools will also be offered.
