City Nature Challenge 2023

The City Nature Challenge (CNC) is coming back to Luxembourg for its fifth edition from 28 April to 1 May! From experts and nature lovers to citizens from all ages and educational backgrounds, join us in this worldwide initiative pushing forward the identification and preservation of our biodiversity.

This year, under the direction of the Musée national d’histoire naturelle, Luxembourg coordinator of the CNC, multiple entities have joined the initiative to offer you many events throughout the country!

29 April and 30 April at Born

Together with Ramborn and the Natur- & Geopark Mëllerdall, we invite you to explore biodiversity in traditional orchards along a unique walking tour with our scientists. With family or friends, take part in the City Nature Challenge by documenting your discoveries with the INaturalist app and get the opportunity to learn more about our European work called Framework.
