Alex Michels

Alex Michels is graduated as a mechanical engineer from the university of Kaiserslautern (Germany). Between 1992 and 2013 he has had various management positions successively with: Paul Wurth S.A., CFL (The National Railroad Company), Luxgaz Distribution S.A. and Enovos Luxembourg S.A.

Since 2014 he is the head of asset management at Creos S.A. (main TSO and DSO in Luxembourg, Power and Gas), being responsible for: high voltages, regulation management, e-mobility (deployment of 800 charging stations in Luxembourg) and innovation. He is also the president of NEXXTLAB, which is an innovation platform in the field of energy management and e-mobility.
