LIST at Makerfest Summer edition

On 21-22 June, the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) will participate in the Makerfest Summer Edition 2018 that is organised by the Vauban, Ecole et Lycée français de Luxembourg, in Gasperich (LU).

The theme of this national event bringing together educational makerspaces of Luxembourg will be « Making great things in space ». It allows young people and the general public to interact around new technologies through workshops, conference and experiments by manufacturers.

LIST’s researchers will participate in the conference cycles. On 21 June, Renaud Hostache will make an oral presentation entitled « Space remote sensing at the service of flood management ». Later in the afternoon, Henri Perrin will present the research work « Advanced manufacturing of composites materials : issues and applications ».
