ALD 2022

From 26 to 29 June 2022, the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) will sponsor and particpate to the 22nd International Conference on Atomic layer Deposition that will take place at Ghent in Belgium.

Among the participants of this event will be industrials with applications in Semiconductor, MEMS & Sensors, Battery Technology, Medical, Display, Lightning, Barriers, Photovoltaics and others.
