Claude Hornick

After graduating as a business engineer from University catholique de Louvain in 2003 and a short work experience in the industrial sector, Claude Hornick joined ILR in 2005 where he became Head of the electricity and gas department in 2007. He was coordinating the market liberalisation process from the regulatory perspective, with main competences in network tariff calculation methodologies and grid access terms and conditions.
