LIST at the International virtual meeting on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD 2020)

The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is proudly sponsoring the ALD/ALE 2020 Virtual Meeting, taking place on 29 June - 1 July 2020.  With a total of 10 accepted live oral presentations and on demand oral presentations or posters, LIST will be a major contributor.

The virtual meeting AVS 20th Virtual International Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD 2020) featuring the 7th International Atomic Layer Etching Workshop (ALE 2020) will be adapted into a virtual meeting comprised of live and on demand sessions.

Among the participants of this event will be industrials with applications in Semiconductor, MEMS & Sensors, Battery Technology, Medical, Display, Lightning, Barriers, Photovoltaics and others.
