We advance sustainable farming to reduce nitrate pollution and protect water quality. By optimizing digestate use, studying soil microbes, and developing low-emission fertilizers, we improve nitrogen efficiency while cutting nitrate leaching, ammonia, and particulate emissions—supporting healthier soils, cleaner water, and more sustainable agriculture.

We turn agricultural biowaste into valuable resources for a circular bioeconomy. Combining biotechnologies, mechanochemical processes, and microbial engineering, we produce renewable energy, bio-based compounds, and nutrient-rich biofertilizers, enhancing soil health, crop productivity, and sustainable climate-friendly practices.
