The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), represented by Dr. Marc Michel from the Materials Research and Technology (MRT) department, took part in the Luxembourg delegation to Dresden, Germany, organised by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and the Luxembourg Embassy in Berlin from June 24 to 26, 2015. This visit was an opportunity for the LIST to discuss fundamental and applied (technology transfer) research dedicated to composite materials and nanotechnology and to discover many renowned laboratories in Dresden:

LIST also met with representatives from Silicon Saxony, a European trade association for the semiconductor, electronic, microsystems and software industries with more than 300 members.
By taking not only the opportunity to be part of a consortium but also establishing close collaboration in the field, the fruitful meetings throughout the visit have already opened the way for promising collaboration opportunities.
